A native Wacoan with 23 years of real estate experience, Steve and his wife Becky opened Sorrells Development Company in 1998. Sorrells & Gunn, LLC was created with the addition of Keith Gunn in 1999.

Steve and Becky are actively involved in the Central Texas community. The Sorrells are the proud parents of three children ages 17, 14 and 10.

Keith Gunn came into real estate development through the desire to change careers after coaching positions at both Texas A & M and Baylor University. A chance meeting at church brought Steve Sorrells and Keith Gunn together to form Sorrells & Gunn, LLC in 1999.

Keith and his wife Martha Kate are also actively involved in the Central Texas community. They founded a local chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and through their efforts have raised more than $1 million for JDRF.

The Gunns are the proud parents of three children ages 11,
8 and 5.
